CUNY Academic Assessment Manager - School of Education in Bronx, New York
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Education at Lehman College, this position will be responsible for the following:
Oversees and designs Quality Assurance System as required by CAEP and establishes validity and reliability of instruments.
Manages the administration, data collection, and preparation of periodic reports and materials required for discipline-specific program reviews.
Prepares accountability reports for major professional associations, including New York State Department (NYSED), NYC Department of Education, CAEP and NCTQ.
Supervises the Lehman School of Education’s TaskStream assessment system.
Collaborates with the Offices of the Provost, Registrar, and Institutional Research to coordinate and oversee all components of the faculty workload reports for the School of Education.
The Lehman College campus is located in Bronx, New York and is a Senior College within the City University of New York (CUNY) system. Lehman is the only four-year public college in the Bronx and is recognized as a Hispanic Serving Institution.
Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.
The ability to communicate in writing is an important job-related competency. All candidates will draft a writing sample as part of the interview process to demonstrate their ability to write memos and letters that are grammatically correct and express information clearly.

Manages College activities related to assessment planning to achieve excellence in student learning outcomes through systemic course and program assessment.
Advises department personnel in developing assessable course and program goals, learning outcomes, and assessment measures
Designs, conducts, and reports on assessment activities
Analyzes and reports on activities, results, and recommendations, and plans future goals and targets; coordinates reporting with College management and external organizations
Collaborates with faculty on issues related to assessment for teaching and learning initiatives, including grant proposals and reports
Performs related duties as assigned.
