FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of Kinesiology, in the School of Natural and Behavioral Sciences at Brooklyn College, in the City University of New York, invites applications for adjunct faculty to begin as soon as spring 2019.
The Department of Kinesiology has 11 full-time faculty and serves about 300 majors. The department offers about 70 classes each semester. Most courses are 3 hours. Typically adjuncts teach one or two courses per semester.

Adjunct lecturers must have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or closed related discipline (Exercise Science; Physical Education; and Sports Management). A Master’s degree in relevant discipline above is strongly preferred.
Adjunct Assistant, Adjunct Associate, and Adjunct Professors must have a Ph.D. in Kinesiology or closely related discipline (Exercise Science; Physical Education; and Sports Management).
Commensurate with experience and education. All appointments are subject to financial availability.
