The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Health Services Director regarding students COVID-19 compliance status to ensure compliance with State and CUNY COVID-19 vaccine policy. In addition to the CUNY title overview, tasks include but are not limited to:
Support departmental Initiatives by verifying and approving student COVID-19 data entries. Manage COVID-19 related administrative tasks for the Health Services Director.
Represent the Health Services Director by participation in various conference calls relating to COVID-19 in his/her absence.
Maintain Health Services fiscal plans and budgets, expenditures, reconciles books, and invoice processing.
Generate and track e-procurement purchase requisitions, purchase orders, API invoices, and receipts for three departments.
Disseminates information to students, faculty, and staff regarding health insurance, community health resources and other health-related issues.
Candidates will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Exemption (medical or religious) requests to this requirement will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Being fully vaccinated is defined for this purpose as being at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. Final candidates must be fully vaccinated as of their first day of employment. All CUNY employees must reside within a commutable distance to their campus.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Excellent customer service and experience working with a diverse student body, faculty and staff
Proficiency in Windows-based software with experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Supports projects, initiatives, and activities that impact an academic or administrative department.
Manages basic office functions such as communications, meeting schedules, work plans, staff assignments, and distributing information.
Collects data for, prepares, and distributes reports and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Updates office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintains current information on department web site(s); maintains department archives and collections.
Conducts internet and/or database research and performs basic systems queries to locate information related to department activities.
Maintains department fiscal plans and budgets; assists in budget administration and invoice processing.
Provides basic information, instructions, and materials as requested by students, faculty, and others who contact the department.
May supervise office staff and student workers.
Performs related duties as assigned.
