CUNY Administrative Coordinator in New York, New York
The Stan Ross Department of Accountancy at Baruch College of the City University of New York invites applications for an Administrative Coordinator. This position reports to the Department Chair.
Additional responsibilities include supporting projects, initiatives, and activities that impact the department, such as:
Assisting with department financial activities, including maintaining budgets, handling expense reimbursements, and preparing check requests.
Collecting data, preparing and distributing reports using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Conducting internet and/or database research and performing system queries to locate information related to departmental activities.
Managing administrative office functions such as communications, meeting schedules, work plans, staff assignments, and distributing information.
Updating office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintaining current information on departmental website; and maintaining departmental archives and collections.
Providing information, instructions, and materials as requested by students, faculty, and others who contact the department.
Supervising support staff and student workers.
Bachelor's Degree required. Preference given to applicants with at least two years of relevant experience.

May supervise office staff and student workers.
Performs related duties as assigned.
