The Department of Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology (Hunter College/CUNY) seeks candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position in Speech/Language Pathology at the level of Assistant Professor, available for the Spring 2021 semester.

The department, housed in the School of the Health Professions, shares its dean with the School of Nursing; it offers a warm collegial environment, and provides extensive opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration in the two schools as the School of Education and the School of Arts and Sciences. Required: (a) doctoral degree in speech/language pathology or sciences; (b) a minimum of two years of college teaching experience; (c) evidence of recent research publications in acquired language disorders and/or language science; (d) demonstrated expertise in acquired language disorders, language science and/or research methods including statistical methods; (e) holder of current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), or its current foreign equivalent.


Assistant Professor: $49,253 - $93,791
