FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Adjunct faculty perform teaching, research and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise. They shares responsibility for committee and department assignments including administrative, supervisory, and other functions.
The York College Department of Performing & Fine Arts is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach courses in the Music Program in Fall 2020. Possible courses will include:
Introduction to Music
Fundamentals of Music Theory
Ear Training 1
History of Jazz
History of Rock
For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor:
Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent. Also required is the ability to teach successfully.
For Adjunct Lecturer:
Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully.
