The Department of Biological Sciences and Geology at Queensborough Community College seeks candidates to teach Geology courses for the upcoming Spring 2020 semester.

Performs teaching, and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise. Shares responsibility for committee and department assignments including administrative and other functions. Evening and weekend schedules may apply.


For Adjunct Assistant Professor:

Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent.

For Adjunct Lecturer:

Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise. Master’s degree in area(s) of expertise strongly preferred.


Prior teaching experience and ability to cooperate with others for the good of the institution.


Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
