The CUNY School of Law is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to fulfill the duties below, in addition to the CUNY Title Overview:
Process applications and matriculation-related documents to streamline applicant enrollment experience
Assist in office management and coordination including: phone, email, mail, and managing materials available for recruitment
Track and process office purchasing and payment requests
Assist with tasks related to student recruitment including information sessions and other recruitment events (both on and off campus and tours)
Contribute to the progress of the office by conveying student concerns and surveying current process, to insure fairness and commitment to university goals
This position reports to the Director of Admissions.
Bachelor's Degree required.
CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW
Coordinates efforts of admissions and/or enrollment offices.
Coordinates workshops, intake screenings, interviews and orientations for new students
Counsels prospective applicants on requirements and standards and provides general information on programs and services in person or by telephone, e-mail or letter; conducts follow up as needed
Assists in conducting open house sessions and orientations, including group sessions and programs at high schools and in the community at large
Assists with day-to-day administration and an admissions or enrollment office, including scheduling and preparing and distributing materials
Represents the Admission Office to the college's internal and external communities as directed
Maintains and updates program databases, lists and files to ensure completeness and accuracy
Performs related duties as assigned.

$49,745 - $55,370
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
